I am Mariam the one you prayed for, cried for and asked for specifically.

I suffered the worst pain because my period began, the pain was so severe I couldn't sit or stand I would rock myself back an forth my bed because stillness increased the pain. This I would do whilst taking all the strongest pain killers till I slept off. Sleeping off was my real relieve as if my eyes were open the pain felt too strong as if my waist was going to separate from my hips.

That was the pain from age 13 nearly 14 till I got into university at age 17 were I observed the pain was 3/10 in school but whilst on holiday its back to 10/10.

It prompt my curiosity to observe what what made the difference what could make the pain less!

I have resolved this 23 years ago and helped many girls/women resolve period pain and may issues related to the sex organs of a woman.
